Design for Master Bath
This master bath started with a blank slate and neutral grey walls. She wanted more storage for towels and bathroom essentials. We all need that, right?
We started with the wood and metal shelves she had seen in the shop. She needed extra storage for towels and everyday items so I added these and then wooden floating shelves from Wayfair in the toilet area.
These shelves have a unique look and we could add in some simple linens for that much needed storage.
Another thing we ran into was needing a large piece of art for over the bathtub. She came across this piece at Kirkland's with the large bloom.
She really wanted these glazed hanging planters with the leather ties. I found the brackets to hang the planters from Lowes, so that they would hang out from the wall. It just added some depth and interest. We could have easily hung them from the ceiling but I liked the black tying in with the shelves.
She had a small wall beside her counter where I added this enamelware shelf, wall pockets, and canisters for things like make up sponges, and q-tips.
It’s now functioning with extra storage!
